(1) Each Age Division has its own set of special rules:

(2) The Program Coordinator for the particular Age Division will act as the Chairman of each Rules Committee.

(3) All teams must be present at a Rules Committee meeting in order for it to be valid.

(4) Each team has one vote on rule changes. A simple majority of votes is necessary to change a rule.
